How the checker works

The checker is JavaScript on this page. Links you paste are read locally and never sent anywhere.

What it checks

• Whether the link is valid and uses https
• UTM tags: missing, empty, duplicated, mistyped, capitalised or containing spaces
• Parameters placed after a # or after a second ?
• Ad click IDs copied into a shared link
• Google Play links: package name and whether UTM tags are correctly inside the referrer
• App Store links: app ID, campaign token length and provider token

What it cannot see

It reads the link you paste, not where it redirects. If you use a short link or a redirect, open it, copy the final address from your browser and check that too.
